How do I return & exchange an item?
Color or print not right? Just want to return it? We understand!
If you’re not completely satisfied with your www.appleberryattic.com purchase within thirty (30) days from the date you received your order, just return the unused product in the reusable shipping bag or box, include your packing slip and ship it right back to us in North Carolina where its journey began. Be sure to include the following in your return package:
- Order number – original packing slip is perfect!
- Whether you like a refund or exchange for a different product.
- Reason for return. Color not perfect match, love it but needed a different size, daughter changed her mind…again, other.
- Return your package via insured mail for security against loss or damage.
Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns/exchanges can take up to one week to process. Refunds are credited in the original form of payment. On orders where there is a single product item that have quantities of 15 or greater, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Example; customer purchases 18 Chevron Red Window Valances, a restocking fee will be applied.
Custom made orders: Orders which have been custom made for a client are not refundable.
